I am looking at buying a <10 year old home in Cape Coral area for around? $400,000.? I have searched and find candidates but when I use mapit I find homes half the value surrounding homes of greater value than my budget.? I also note no sidewalks and overhead utilities.? If I am looking at subdivisions that are of this general age. These feature should be at a bare minimum.? PS, no HOA's please.? I was told Cape Coral had many rules to keep things looking nice, but when I use streetview I repeatedly see junk, boats in lawns, etc.? Where should I look??
